Educational, all-metal functional model of a single-cylinder combustion engine. The kit consists of 130 parts, with each part labeled and packaged in special foam holders to ensure organized assembly and that the kit is always complete and undamaged. It includes a simple and colorful step-by-step instruction manual. Students assemble the engine model using the included Allen key.
The entire engine is made of metal using precise CNC casting and aluminum alloy oxidation. This method ensures that the engine mechanism is extremely precise and accurate.
During assembly, students will understand the engine’s principles and discover the beauty of its mechanics. They will develop fine motor skills, precision, concentration, and technical literacy (understanding assembly instructions). We recommend building the engine in pairs, allowing students to practice teamwork as well.
The engine model is powered by a small electric motor, which demonstrates how the engine functions and the role of the crankshaft, connecting rods, pistons, cylinder heads, etc. Special cutouts allow observation of the crankshaft, rods, pistons, and other engine components.
The engine model can be used in physics classes, as well as in workshops, technical classrooms, clubs, after-school programs, extracurricular technical clubs, and youth centers. It can serve as a demonstrative tool for teachers, but it is even better suited as a construction kit for pairs of students, allowing the whole class to experience engine assembly and explore the fascinating world of mechanics. An ideal way to inspire children’s interest in science and technology.
